ORDERING:
Simply click 'Add' to add items to your basket as you're shopping. You can view the contents of your basket at any time by clicking the 'My Basket' button in the top right of each page. Once you're happy with your items simply click 'Checkout' and follow the on-screen instructions which will take you to our secure payment page.
PRICES:
All prices quoted on our website are accurate and are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£)
DELIVERY:
Delivery policies and timelines are clearly stated on the product pages, delivery policies are different for different products so please read the policies for the products you want to buy.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
Due to the nature of our products and our returns policy, we do not allow free cancellation of orders apart from on products sold under the SHEDS & WOODEN STUFF tabs, this includes all sheds and large wooden items, where we allow for cancellation within the first 48 hours.
RETURNS:
Returns Policies are clearly stated along with the Delivery information on the product pages please read these before ordering and feel free to ask any questions about our returns policy before placing your order.

We take every care possible to make our descriptions as clear, honest, and accurate as possible however due to the nature of our manufacturing processes, finishes on items may differ, but we take every opportunity to be consistent.
In addition, we cannot take responsibility for any difference that might occur because of the browsing software you use.
